Job summary

Work in USA is seeking a Civil Engineer in Doha, Qatar to plan, design and oversee infrastructure projects such as bridges, roads and buildings. You will collaborate with architects, surveyors and subcontractors to ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery and compliance with regulations.

The role requires a Civil/Structural Engineering degree with relevant project experience; strong organizational skills and CAD proficiency are benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field required.
• Experience in Civil Engineering preferred but not required.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Knowledge of CAD software applications is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Designing structural components and systems for a variety of projects.
• Preparing engineering plans, cost estimates and project timelines.
• Overseeing the construction of projects onsite to ensure safety standards are met.
• Participating in project meetings with clients to discuss progress and address any issues.
• Performing quality control checks to ensure engineering designs meet requirements.
• Coordinating with architects and surveyors to align project goals.
• Ensuring all engineering designs comply with relevant regulatory guidelines.
