Job summary

Want More in Doha, Qatar is seeking an enthusiastic Barista to join our team. You will prepare and serve coffee and beverages, follow recipes, and deliver friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a passion for coffee, strong communication and multitasking skills, and can work independently or with a team. Previous barista experience is welcomed but not required; training will be provided to help you grow.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a barista is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to remain professional under pressure.
• Passion for coffee and the drive to learn more about it.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffees and beverages such as cappuccinos, lattes, mochas, espressos etc.
• Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistent quality of drinks served
• Take orders from customers and process payments accurately
• Ensure cleanliness, organization and maintenance of equipment used
• Provide excellent customer service in order to maintain high customer satisfaction levels
• Follow health, safety and hygiene regulations at all times
