Responsibilities
  • Organize, classify, and maintain documents (both digital and physical) for easy access and retrieval.
  • Ensure the proper filing, storing, and achieving of company documents, adhering to the established company policies.
  • Receive, log, and distribute incoming documents from clients, partners, or internal teams.
  • Ensure that documents are sent to the correct recipient within the company or externally.
  • Update and monitor document control systems to ensure that files are well-organized and readily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage document revision control to ensure the use of the most up-to-date and accurate versions.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
  • Conduct periodic audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of documentation.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure document flow and to assist in any documentation‑related needs for projects or operations.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of reports, proposals, and other important documents.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive documents and ensure proper security measures are in place to protect company information.
