PrimeLedger Associates in Lusail, Qatar, is seeking a hardworking and reliable Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, utensils and equipment in a busy restaurant.

The role offers a monthly salary of 1700 USD and accommodation. Prior experience in a busy kitchen is preferred; ability to work flexible hours including weekends is important. English not required, basic communication helpful.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy restaurant kitchen as a dishwasher.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures for handling dishes and utensils.
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans using an industrial dishwasher.
• Ensure all dishes are properly sanitized and stored in designated areas.
• Clean kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills and fryers.
• Empty and clean trash bins regularly.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces including counters, floors and walls.
• Assist with food preparation as needed.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
