Job Description
The Discover Graduate Programme is a flagship Qatarization initiative at Vodafone Qatar, designed to develop and empower high-potential Qatari graduates by providing meaningful exposure to Vodafone’s diverse business functions.
Through a structured two-year journey, the programme offers four key development milestones, combining functional and cross-functional responsibilities that accelerate learning and professional growth. Discover Graduates benefit from continuous training, personal development opportunities, and dedicated coaching, ensuring a strong foundation for long-term career success.
All graduates enrolled in the Discover Programme will hold job titles beginning with “Associate”, followed by their target role (e.g., Associate HR Business Partner). This reflects their professional pathway, recognizes their participation in the programme, and highlights their progression toward specialist and leadership roles within Vodafone.
The programme blends customer-facing experiences, cross-functional projects, and focused role placements, equipping graduates with the skills, confidence, and practical experience needed to make a real impact on Vodafone Qatar’s growth and on the national digital transformation journey.
At Vodafone Qatar, we are committed to investing in national talent, supporting our graduates to grow, lead, and contribute meaningfully to Qatar’s future.
