Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.

• Filipino nationality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain designated areas including offices, restrooms, and common areas.
• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Sanitize surfaces such as desks, door handles, and light switches.
• Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas.
• Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs.
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
