Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, vouchers, and payment records.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Maintain general ledger and supporting financial documentation.
• Assist with monthly and periodic financial reporting.
• Monitor income, expenses, payments, and outstanding balances.
• Ensure records are accurate and properly maintained.
• Support tax, audit, and compliance-related activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients regarding financial transactions.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information.
