Job summary

QatarEnergy invites a senior Endodontist to lead complex endodontic treatment in a tertiary dental setting. You will diagnose and treat diseases and injuries of teeth and gums, perform root canal procedures with magnification, and supervise junior staff.

Applicants must have a BDS with a clinical Endodontics Master’s, 10+ years of practice, CBCT expertise, and registration eligibility in Qatar. A strong emphasis on QA and evidence-based care is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of clinical Endodontist experience.
• Extensive management of diverse endodontic cases with magnification.
• Retreatment cases using microscopic visualization.
• CBCT proficiency in endodontic practice.
• Ability to manage endodontic complications (perforations, separated instruments).
• Strong focus on quality assurance and evidence-based practices.

Job description

Primary Purpose of the Job

To provides Primary Dental Care in the diagnoses and treatment of diseases, injuries, malformations of teeth and gums and related oral structures. May treat diseases of nerve, pulp and other dental tissues affecting vitality of teeth.

Required Experience and Skills

• Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience as an Endodontist (post-specialization). (essential)


• Shall have extensive experience in managing diverse endodontic cases, including proficiency in managing complex canal anatomy under magnification.


• Competency in retreatment cases using microscopic visualization.


• Experienced in use of CBCT in endodontic practice.


• Ability to manage endodontic complications (e.g. perforations and separated instruments).


• A strong focus on quality assurance and adherence to evidence-based practices.

Educational Qualifications

• BDS degree & Master’s degree (clinical postgraduate specialization in Endodontic Dentistry). (essential)


• Certification from an accredited board Dentistry (preferable).


• Endodontics Qualification must be eligible to be registered as an Endodontics specialist according to DHP guidelines in the state of Qatar. (essential)
