Flyper in Qatar is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our Al-Khor team. You will assist dentists, prepare patients, sterilize instruments, and help maintain a smooth, patient-centered clinic flow.

Relocation to Al-Khor is required; Indian or African candidates are preferred. English skills are not required but can be a plus, and accommodation is provided for successful candidates.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working as a Dental Assistant is required.
• Must be able to relocate to Al-Khor, Qatar.
• Preference for Indian or African candidates.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English is not required but considered a plus.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for dental treatment by taking medical history, explaining procedures, and ensuring comfort.
• Sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to established protocols.
• Assist dentists during procedures by passing instruments, suctioning fluids, and providing other support as needed.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dental office at all times.
• Communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.
