Qualifications

Qualified dental assistant or licensed nurse with current license.
Experience in dental clinics preferred.
Solid knowledge of sterilization and infection control protocols.
Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
In Qatar with transferable visa / NOC preferred — immediate start.
Caring, well-groomed, calm under pressure, and a team player.

Responsibilities

Chairside assistance to dentists during all treatments (4-handed dentistry).
Preparing treatment rooms and instruments before each patient.
Sterilization, infection control, and clinical waste handling per MoPH standards.
Assisting patients before and after treatment, keeping them comfortable and reassured.
Handling dental materials, taking digital X-rays (OPG/periapical) under dentist direction.
Tracking clinical stock levels (materials, consumables) and reporting shortages.
Supporting reception with patient turnover between appointments.
