Dental Assistant vacancy in Al-Khor, Qatar

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As an English-speaking dental office, we prefer candidates who are fluent in both English and Hindi or other Indian languages. This is a full-time position, and we welcome applications from candidates without prior experience, as on-the-job training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assisting dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and materials as needed
  2. Preparing treatment rooms for patient examinations and procedures
  3. Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments and equipment
  4. Taking and developing dental x-rays
  5. Maintaining patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and consent forms
  6. Educating patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions
  7. Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow within the office
  8. Ordering and maintaining dental supplies inventory
Requirements:
  • Indian nationality preferred due to language requirements
  • Fluent in English with proficiency in Hindi or other Indian languages
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification as a Dental Assistant is a plus
  • Familiarity with dental terminology, instruments, and equipment
