Overview

We are a fast-paced dental clinic located in Al-Khor, Egypt, looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our team. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping our patients maintain their oral health and providing them with exceptional care.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the dentist during procedures by handing them instruments and keeping the patient's mouth clean and dry
  • Prepare treatment rooms by ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are stocked and ready for use
  • Take and develop dental x-rays as directed by the dentist
  • Provide patients with post-operative instructions and educate them on proper oral hygiene techniques
  • Sterilize and disinfect instruments according to infection control guidelines
  • Schedule appointments, maintain patient records, and handle billing procedures
  • Communicate effectively with patients to make them feel at ease during their visit
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or similar role
  • Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and sterilization methods
  • Familiarity with dental software systems is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification is a plus
  • Must have a valid biometric passport
