Fraser s Hospitality is looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join the team at Fraser Suites Doha. As Demi Chef de Partie you will play a key role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences within our hotels kitchen. Supporting the Chef de Partie and wider kitchen team you will be responsible for preparing cooking and presenting high‑quality dishes while ensuring consistency and adherence to food safety standards. This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast‑paced environment with a focus on teamwork standards and guest experience.

What you will be doing as Demi Chef de Partie
  • To Provide the highest quality of service to customers and employees reflecting the companys philosophy.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and team spirit at all times.
  • Produce high‑quality food and ensure junior chefs are competent in producing the same.
  • Assist in continuous training of junior chefs and maintain cleanliness in work areas.
  • Coordinate restaurant and banquet food production ensuring high standards and correct timing.
  • Monitor food quality presentation and portion control to minimise waste.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Train and motivate junior staff evaluate their performance and ensure a good team spirit.

You have proven experience in a similar role with excellent communication skills. You are an enthusiastic individual with a passion for food and customer experience.
