Current Opportunity: Maintenance Method Data Analyst - Doha, Qatar

We are seeking a Maintenance Method Data Analyst to join our team. The role involves:

1. Promoting an incident-free environment and mindset within the team and beyond.
2. Supporting the execution team (BaseOps, CPN/SD & FM) in backlog management.
3. Updating and developing maintenance processes.
4. Suggesting organizational or master data changes to improve maintenance backlog management.
5. Following up with execution teams on BaseOps Opportunities Outages to ensure priorities are addressed.
6. Reviewing planning achievements and efficiency, proposing improvements.
7. Analyzing KPIs from the Maintenance Management System.
8. Reviewing and providing input on Preventative Maintenance Strategies.
9. Ensuring visibility of workload and execution status for the Maintenance and Inspection team.
10. Updating and analyzing KPI data during weekly Maintenance and Inspection meetings.
11. Supporting SECE dashboard follow-up and reporting.

Qualifications

Minimum Higher Secondary School Education plus a three-year technical diploma (HNC, HND, or equivalent).
Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, including at least 5 years offshore experience with on-field equipment in diversified oil & gas processing or petrochemical plants.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
