Swan Global Holdings Group is seeking an organized IT Coordinator with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) to support implementation activities, data migration, system coordination, and business user support.

The role requires 3–5 years of IT coordination or ERP experience and a strong command of data management, Excel, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365. Immediate joiners preferred and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in IT/CS or related field.
• 3–5 years of IT coordination or ERP implementation experience.
• Hands-on D365 F&O experience is mandatory.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate D365 F&O implementation and rollout activities.
• Support data migration, cleansing, validation, and master data management.
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, Procurement, and IT teams to ensure accurate data and smooth system operations.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue tracking, and post-go-live support.
• Maintain implementation trackers, project documentation, reports, and status updates.
• Follow up with stakeholders and technical teams to resolve system-related issues.
• Support system testing, process documentation, and end-user coordination.
