Job summary

Swan Global Holdings Group in Doha is seeking an organized IT Coordinator with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) to support implementation activities and data migration.

You will coordinate with Finance, HR, Procurement and IT teams to ensure accurate data and smooth system operations, assist with UAT, issue tracking, and post-go-live support, and maintain trackers and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 3–5 years in IT coordination, ERP implementation support, or data management.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is mandatory.
• Experience with data migration, cleansing, and master data management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate D365 F&O implementation and rollout activities.
• Support data migration, cleansing, validation, and master data management.
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, Procurement, and IT teams to ensure accurate data and smooth system operations.
• Assist with UAT, issue tracking, and post-go-live support.
• Maintain implementation trackers, project documentation, reports, and status updates.
• Follow up with stakeholders and technical teams to resolve system-related issues.
• Support system testing, process documentation, and end-user coordination.
