Job summary

Zemin Cosmic Construction and Business Support is seeking a Cyber Security Specialist to strengthen our security posture across governance, audits, and threat monitoring. You will lead compliance programs, run security audits, and drive MSOC/NDR DRP initiatives to protect digital assets.

Based in Doha, Qatar, this in-person role requires strong knowledge of ISO 27001, GDPR-like frameworks, and incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity with exposure to SOC, compliance, or threat monitoring.
• Experience with digital risk protection platforms and external threat intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Compliance & Governance: Ensure ISO 27001, GDPR and local regs; manage audits and risk registers.
• Security Auditing: Conduct audits, vulnerability assessments, and control reviews; report findings.
• MSOC Monitoring: Use SIEM/SOAR; investigate alerts; coordinate with SOC teams; tune rules.
• Network Detection & Response (NDR): Manage NDR tools; analyze traffic; detect anomalies.
• Digital Risk Protection (DRP): Monitor external footprint; coordinate takedowns; report threats.
• Policies & Security Governance: Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies; awareness training.
