Job summary

Lesha Bank LLC is hiring a Technology Risk Vice President to strengthen cybersecurity risk management and assurance across the group’s technology environments in Doha, Qatar. You will oversee risk assessments, control evaluations, and remediation efforts while engaging with stakeholders, auditors, and regulators to improve the bank's cyber resilience.

The role requires leadership across security architecture, cloud and AI security, DevSecOps, vulnerability management, and incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer or IT or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity risk assessments across the bank's technology environments.
• Evaluate security controls and perform security assurance activities.
• Oversee risk governance, compliance reviews, and remediation of findings.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, auditors, and regulators to strengthen cyber resilience.
