Qualifications

• Experience in Security Operations or Information Technology equivalent.
• Can work effectively in a team environment or autonomously.
• Flexible to work in shifts for 24x7x365 operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review security events and CSOC dashboards.
• Respond to and manage security incidents effectively.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CSOC reports.

Skills

Technical background across IT network technologies

Understanding of security operations concepts

Knowledge in analyzing security logs

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work under high pressure

Experience with anti-malware and threat intelligence tools

Education

B.Sc. degree in computer science/engineering
