• Duty Hours : Hours per day (including 1 hour Break)
• Crowd Management and assisting passengers.
• Help customers with ticketing and recharges.
• Provide exceptional customer support and service.
• Manage customer inquiries efficiently in person.
• Maintain a professional and friendly interaction at all times.
• Support daily operation tasks assigned by the SM-Station Master.
