Job summary

A leading insurance company in Qatar is looking for a Customer Support Specialist. You will handle customer telephone calls and email support, ensuring timely responses and resolution to queries. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in the insurance sector, preferably in medical insurance, and must be an Arab National. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience of 2 to 4 years within insurance, preferably medical insurance.
• Arab National required.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer telephone calls to designated numbers.
• Coordinate with operations team for required information to be shared.
• Provide email support and ensure queries are addressed.
• Escalate issues to the team manager when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Attending customer telephone calls which lands on the designated numbers
• Coordinating with operations team for the required information to be shared with the customers.
• E mail support which involves
• Coordinating with operations team to ensure the required queried raised has been addressed and completed.
• Ensuring the customers are given right information as required by them.
• Ensure issues are escalated at the right time to the team manager if there any escalation raised by customers
