Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in floristry or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in floristry design services.
• Knowledgeable in different flower types and varieties.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Create beautiful floral arrangements for special occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.
• Ensure quality control by inspecting flowers prior to use and selecting only the freshest ingredients
• Assist customers to select the right flowers for their needs and provide advice on care and maintenance
• Maintain the store’s flower inventory by ordering supplies from local vendors
• Negotiate with vendors to ensure competitive prices
