Job summary

GlowUp Kuwait in Al-Khor is seeking a Crane Operator to operate various cranes and lift heavy objects on construction sites and other locations.

This is a physically demanding role requiring excellent hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness, and the ability to work in all weather conditions. You will inspect equipment, rig loads, follow safety procedures, and communicate with the ground crew.

• Operate different types of cranes including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes.

• Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radios.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations while operating the crane.
• Monitor weather conditions and adjust operations as needed.
• Keep accurate records of crane usage, maintenance, and repairs.
• Complete daily pre-start checks on the crane.

We are currently seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our team in Al-Khor As a Crane Operator you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift and move heavy objects on construction sites and other locations This is a physically demanding role that requires strong hand-eye coordination spatial awareness and the ability to work in all weather conditions

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Crane Operator is preferred but not required
• Must have excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
• Familiarity with different types of cranes and their capabilities
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to crane operation
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
