Job summary

Workato in Al-Khor, Qatar is seeking a Courier Supervisor to oversee daily courier operations and deliverables. You will supervise a team, plan routes, monitor performance, and ensure timely deliveries while upholding company policies.

The role requires familiarity with Al-Khor streets, valid driving license, and the ability to work evenings/weekends. Pakistani or Malayalee applicants are encouraged; visa sponsorship is provided; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Al-Khor city streets and surrounding areas.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if needed.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Basic computer skills for tracking deliveries and communicating with clients.

Courier Supervisor

We are hiring a Courier Supervisor to oversee the delivery operations in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Courier Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily activities of a team of couriers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages and documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of couriers, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations


• Monitor courier routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery


• Assign routes and packages to couriers based on location, delivery deadlines, and package size


• Ensure that all deliveries are completed accurately and in accordance with company policies and procedures


• Communicate with clients to address any delivery issues or concerns


• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking information, delivery times, and recipient signatures


• Train new couriers on company policies, procedures, and safe driving practices

Requirements:

• Fluent in Urdu or Malayalam (based on preference) with basic English communication skills


• Previous experience as a courier or in a similar supervisory role preferred


• Familiarity with Al-Khor city streets and surrounding areas


• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record


• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if needed


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
