Qualifications

• Must have clean Qatari driver’s license with more than one year of driving experience.
• Must have a Heavy Vehicle license.
• Physical capacity to perform the inherent requirements of the role.
• Excellent personal presentation, grooming and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for DHL and attend to customer needs professionally.
• Meet the expectations of delivery and pick up.
• Communicate with dispatch/CS and make judgements to meet customer expectations.
• Assist with various Operations tasks as required.

YOUR TASKS

• Act as an ambassador for DHL at all times and attend to customer needs in a professional, friendly and courteous manner
• Meet the expectations of delivery and pick up
• Communicate with dispatch/CS when customer needs change and use initiative and judgement to meet customer expectations
• Assist with a range of Operations tasks as required

YOUR PROFILE

• Must have clean, open and current manual Qatari driver’s license with more than one year of driving experience
• Must have a Heavy Vehicle license
• Physical capacity to perform the inherent requirements of the role including moving, lifting, carrying, loading/unloading various shaped/weight objects regularly
• Excellent verbal communication skills and interpersonal style
• Excellent personal presentation, grooming and hygiene
• Knowledge of safe manual handling practices/OHS issues
• Sound educational background, with basic knowledge of the Service Industry
