Job summary

Work standard in Al-Wakra, Qatar is seeking a Protection Officer to join the team. The role focuses on safeguarding clients and assets, performing patrols, monitoring CCTV, and handling incidents with prompt decision-making.

The ideal candidate communicates well in English and is able to stay composed under pressure. Basic computer skills and a willingness to work flexible hours are required for this contract position.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods and perform patrols and vehicle inspections.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic a plus)
• Basic computer skills including MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to stay calm and act quickly in emergencies.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area to ensure security.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to any suspicious activity.
• Handle all security-related incidents, including emergencies, thefts, and accidents.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with concerns or requests.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and report them to authorities.
• Collaborate with security personnel and local law enforcement when necessary.
• Inspect vehicles, bags, and belongings for security concerns.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety and security.
