Job summary

Avanceon Middle East & South Asia is in search of a detail-oriented Application / SCADA Engineer to join its Qatar operations team. This role involves the design, development, implementation, testing, and commissioning of SCADA and HMI applications. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 2-4 years of experience, and hands-on expertise with specific software tools.

The successful hire will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution while adhering to project documentation standards. Preferred candidates possess a valid Qatari work visa/NOC.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in SCADA system development.
• Hands-on experience with AVEVA System Platform and FactoryTalk View SE.
• Experience with GISIZE Geospatial Module.

Responsibilities

• Develop User Requirement Specifications (URS).
• Design, develop, implement, test and document SCADA applications.
• Install, test and commission SCADA systems at client sites.
