Job summary

AdventureRecruit UAE in Ar-Ruwais is seeking a Loader Supervisor to oversee a team of loaders and ensure efficient loading and unloading of materials. This contract role requires strong leadership and the ability to manage operations under tight deadlines.

You will supervise daily activities, train staff on safety, coordinate with other departments, and maintain records. English communication is essential, and a valid driver’s license is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as a loader or loader supervisor.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy loads.
• Valid driver's license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of loaders
• Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure productivity targets are met
• Train new loaders on safe loading procedures and equipment operation
• Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safety protocols
• Communicate with other departments to coordinate loading schedules
