🚀 Welcome to Your Next Adventure! We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Content Executive to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part in managing menu listings, promotions, and campaigns, while driving quality assurance and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders.

🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On
  • Manage, update, and optimize Catalog listings, ensuring accuracy and alignment with platform standards.
  • Create and oversee promotional content and campaigns to drive merchant and customer engagement.
  • Work closely with the team to monitor selection quality, identify gaps in processes or SOPs, and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions for the outsourced team for team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with account managers to handle urgent requests, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
  • Manage escalations and coordinate in-house merchant visits to address concerns and maintain strong relationships.
  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and processes, propose solutions, and ensure smooth implementation to bridge gaps.
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks, from urgent content updates to coordinating team activities and merchant interactions.
🧙♂️ The Magic You Bring
  • Native Arabic language required, fluency in local dialect is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Linguistics, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in content management, quality assurance, moderation or a related role in the e-commerce or retail industry.
  • Proficiency in content management systems and tools.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketplace operations.
  • Experience working with outsourced teams is a plus.
