A leading engineering and construction firm in Qatar is looking for a Construction Superintendent E&I to oversee electrical, control, and instrument installations at their onshore fabrication site. The successful candidate will manage planning, preparation, and execution of all E&I construction activities, ensuring effective issue resolution with various teams. Ideal applicants have over 15 years of construction experience, particularly in major oil and gas projects. This position offers a primarily onshore role with some offshore responsibilities.

Job Description Highlights:

• The position is located at Qatar Onshore, QFAB and is responsible to provide Company representation in monitoring and coordinating the fabrication site activities of EPC Contractor and its sub-contractors for all electrical, control and instrument installations; managing the planning, preparation and execution of all aspects of the E&I Construction of the Topsides for the Project at the fabrication site. Effective issue resolution through interfacing with both Company and Contractor teams is an essential component of the role to ensure full alignment on the execution of the Project.
• Either in excess of 15 years Construction experience or an apprenticeship or diploma in a relevant discipline or degree in a relevant discipline plus experience in a similar role.
• 15 years of major oil and gas offshore project experience in a fabrication or construction capacity.
• The position is an Onshore based assignment with Onshore 90% / Offshore 10%.
