Job summary

VivaVibe Productions in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar, seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, quality, and safety across multiple builds. The role requires leadership across diverse teams and strong stakeholder management to ensure timely delivery within budget.

You will coordinate design-to-completion phases, manage risks, and maintain thorough project documentation while maintaining high standards of quality and safety on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team of diverse individuals.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the client and other stakeholders.
• Oversee all phases of the construction process from design to completion.
• Monitor progress and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

• Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Communicate project updates to all stakeholders including clients, contractors, and team members.

Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of various construction projects in Ar-Ruwais. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project including budget, schedule, quality control, and safety.

Salary: 1100$ per month.
