Job summary

A leading healthcare technology company in Qatar is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist in organizing ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in project management software. A minimum of 5 years of experience is required, with a background in GCC being a plus. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure project success and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years working experience, with 3 years relevant experience.
  • Experience in GCC is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders to facilitate communication.
  • Maintain project documentation for accuracy and accessibility.
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings, documenting minutes.
  • Assist in resource allocation, including labor and materials.
  • Monitor and enforce quality control standards and procedures.
  • Track project budgets and report on financial performance.
  • Identify and assess project risks, developing mitigation strategies.
  • Manage change requests and variations to project scope.
  • Prepare and distribute project reports to stakeholders.
  • Support HSE initiatives and contribute to safety awareness.

Skills

Understanding of construction processes
Proficiency in project management software tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to identify issues and propose solutions
ERP knowledge, preferably SAP

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
Certificate in PMP or related technical certificates
