Qualifications

• Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain excavators in a safe and efficient manner.
• Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints to determine the location of underground utilities and other obstacles.
• Dig trenches, ditches, foundations, and other excavations as required by the project.
• Load and unload materials using the excavator's bucket or attachments.
• Conduct daily pre-operational checks on equipment and report any defects or maintenance requirements to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others on site.
