Job Description

As the manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our concierge team, serving as the main point of contact for all members and assisting them with requests. You will ensure the highest quality of service experience for our members while maintaining smooth operations, ensuring every member interaction is marked by excellence and luxury care.

Your key responsibilities will include :
  1. Lead and mentor a concierge team to deliver exceptional service, fostering a culture of excellence.
  2. Manage all event-related tasks, including:
  3. Efficiently process incoming member requests and ensure timely responses.
  4. Collaborate with service providers to ensure seamless event execution.
  5. Ensure accurate registration in the CRM software.
  6. Provide feedback and reports to members.
  7. Maintain and foster excellent relationships with members.
  8. Foster strong relationships with elite service providers and luxury partners to meet members' expectations.
  9. Process service payments for members and accurately record invoices for services provided during or outside events.
  10. Handle member requests domestically and internationally (restaurant reservations, taxi bookings, shopping, travel arrangements, etc.)
  11. Follow up with the line manager to ensure clear communication and timely resolution.
  12. Manage team scheduling and facilities management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a supervisor or similar role in customer service or hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with members and anticipate their needs.
  • Strong attention to detail, highly responsible, organized, and reliable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in IT, including MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Peninsular Arabic.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts.
Additional Information
  • The position is to be filled by September 23rd, 2025, at John Paul office in Doha, Qatar.
  • Full-time permanent contract (42 hours/week, rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, 09:00 am to 09:00 pm).
  • Uniforms are mandatory and provided by John Paul.
  • Work visa authorization process is coordinated by John Paul.
