Job summary

An opportunity at a luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar for a Concierge who will greet guests, assist with check-in, share information about amenities, and arrange reservations. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options
• Make reservations for guests at restaurants or events as requested
• Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and efficiently
• Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction
• Keep lobby area clean and tidy at all times
• Assist with luggage handling and storage as needed
• Arrange transportation for guests as requested
