Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
• Provide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions
• Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, and activities
• Arrange transportation for guests as needed
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain clean and organized lobby area at all times
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance
• Assist with luggage handling when necessary
