Job summary

Miller International Loss Adjusters and Surveyors is seeking a Compliance Officer to join our team in Qatar. The successful candidate will monitor regulatory compliance, perform internal reviews, assess risks, and ensure policy adherence across the organization.

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field, with 3+ years in auditing, compliance, or risk management. Professional qualifications (CIA, ACCA, CPA, CAMS, etc.) are advantageous; Arabic language knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional qualifications such as CIA, ACMA, ACCA, CPA, CAMS, or similar qualifications will be an advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience in auditing, compliance, risk management, or internal controls.
• Currently living in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable visa.
• Good command of English. Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with applicable regulations and Company policies.
• Conduct internal compliance reviews and risk assessments.
• Identify areas of potential risk and recommend improvements.
• Prepare compliance and audit reports for Management.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities and external auditors when required.
• Promote compliance awareness within the Company.
