Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document patients' progress throughout the course of treatment.
• Educate and guide patients on proper body mechanics, ergonomics, and exercises for home management.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals such as physicians, nurses, occupational therapists to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments provided and complete necessary documentation for insurance purposes.
