Job summary

Zoho in Qatar is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide safe and compassionate care across the continuum. The role involves working with RNs and Physicians, focusing on low-acuity, stable patients, and ensuring ethical nursing practices.

Responsibilities include monitoring vitals, administering medications, documenting care, and educating families. 12-hour shifts, six days a week, with a requirement for a Diploma in Practical Nursing and at least two years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Practical Nursing – 2 years after high school or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• DataFlow is required.
• Prometric is not required.
• Candidates are preferably not more than 40 years of age.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work independently within the scope of practical nursing practice and collaborate with RNs and Physicians.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients' health status, including vitals and measurements.
• Plan, implement, evaluate, and document practical nursing care.
• Maintain accurate patient health records for continuity of care.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Prepare and administer injections and enemas as prescribed.
• Perform routine tests like RBS and record intake/output.
• Assist Physicians and RNs with tests and procedures.
• Educate families on routine procedures and patient care.
• Maintain professional, ethical, and patient-centred nursing practices.
