Job summary

ConFlip in Doha is seeking a qualified Caregiver with a minimum of two years' experience to join our team. The role focuses on assisting elderly or disabled adults with daily activities, meals, medications, and transportation to appointments.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, with a willingness to undergo background checks. The position offers a competitive salary of 1,700 QAR per month plus benefits such as health insurance and paid leave.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Caregiver.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid Driver's License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Prepare meals and ensure prescribed medications are taken.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties.
• Monitor health status and report changes to appropriate personnel.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and family members.
• Provide emotional support to clients and their families.
