Job summary

MPC Food Equipment Services & Trading in Doha, Qatar, is seeking an experienced Commercial Kitchen Technician to join our technical team. You will handle maintenance, installation and service of commercial kitchen equipment, including refrigeration systems, with a focus on reliability and safety.

The role requires 2–3 years of hands-on experience, strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to document service reports, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to breakdowns.

Qualifications

2–3 years of commercial kitchen equipment experience.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of kitchen and refrigeration equipment.

Responsibilities

AMC on commercial kitchen equipment.
PPM according to schedules.
Breakdown repairs and fault isolation.
Installation of kitchen equipment.
Troubleshooting of mechanical/electrical faults.
Perform Preventive Maintenance tasks.
Prepare and submit service reports.
