- Bachelor’s degree in law and bar qualification in a recognized jurisdiction.
- Minimum 6 years of job-related experience in a legal environment.
- Strong drafting and negotiation capabilities for complex contracts.
Responsibilities
- Review contractual templates from a contract law perspective across jurisdictions.
- Negotiate and draft a wide variety of commercial agreements.
- Draft, negotiate and manage contracts to protect business interests.
- Review third party terms and assist stakeholders in interpretation during dispute resolution.
- Advise internal stakeholders during the RFP process and final contract package.
