Job summary

A leading hospitality brand in Qatar is seeking a Cluster Director of Brand & Growth. This role requires strategic oversight of marketing and communications for the Raffles & Fairmont Doha brands, ensuring alignment with global standards. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in brand management within luxury hospitality, proficiency in both English and Arabic, and strong leadership skills. This full-time position does not allow for remote work.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in Brand Management / Marketing Communications / Public Relations ideally in luxury hospitality.
  • Proven track record in multi-channel marketing and agency management.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Arabic required.

Job description

As the Cluster Director of Brand & Growth you are the strategic custodian of the Raffles & Fairmont Doha brands ensuring that all marketing and communications initiatives are aligned with Accors global and regional standards. Serving as the primary liaison with Accors global and regional brand marketing and corporate communications teams you ensure brand integrity while driving awareness engagement and growth across all hotel experiences.

You will lead the strategic development implementation and performance of all integrated marketing communication plans while overseeing external agencies managing key partnerships and maximizing the impact of every campaign. Youll play a central role in shaping the perception of the hotel in both local and international markets while supporting sustainability and community.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Communications or equivalent
  • Minimum of 8 years in Brand Management / Marketing Communications / Public Relations ideally within luxury hospitality or high-end lifestyle brands. Relevant experience in hospitality industry is an advantage.
  • Proven track record in multi-channel marketing PR brand partnerships and agency management
  • Verbal and written fluency in English. Due to the nature of the role proficiency in Arabic language is requied.
  • Experience working with global brand standards preferably in an international hospitality group
  • Strong understanding of luxury branding consumer behavior and market positioning across GCC and global markets
  • Skilled in media planning digital strategy influencer engagement and visual branding
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
