Qualifications

• 8-10 years total IT experience, including 3-5 years in cloud and infrastructure operations.
• Experience supporting hybrid (on-prem + cloud) environments.
• Hands-on experience with automation, security hardening, and migrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate secure, scalable cloud and on-prem environments.
• Monitor and optimize cost, performance, and compliance.
• Manage hybrid connectivity (VPNs, ExpressRoute, etc.).
• Support core infrastructure systems.
• Automate deployments and configuration using IaC.
• Conduct security hardening and patching.
• Collaborate with security and application teams.
• Maintain architecture and operational documentation.
• Support DR and business continuity planning.
• Recommend technology improvements.
