Salary: 1600 QAR/month

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and stocking supplies in all areas such as restrooms, offices, hallways, lobbies, and other assigned areas.
• Dusting furniture and fixtures.
• Vacuuming carpets and rugs.
• Sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, waxing and polishing floors.
• Cleaning windows and mirrors.
• Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners.
• Replenishing restroom supplies.
• Keeping record of cleaning supplies inventory.
• Performing routine maintenance activities as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education preferred; prior experience in cleaning is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed for special events or other peak times of the year.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning methods and procedures including safety protocols when using equipment and chemicals; knowledge of OSHA regulations related to cleaning is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and stand for long periods of time; must be able to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, reach overhead as necessary to perform duties correctly; must have good manual dexterity with hand-eye coordination with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; must be able to work in hot/cold temperatures throughout the year; must have excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service focus; must be able to work independently with minimal supervision; Must be willing to consider foreign applicants for this position.
