Overview

Cleaner (English Speaking) - Contract Job - Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. We are looking for a Cleaner with excellent English speaking skills to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. This is a contract position and is available immediately. The successful candidate must have experience in cleaning and be willing to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning offices, classrooms, restrooms, hallways and other areas as assigned
• Vacuuming carpets and rugs
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Dusting furniture and other surfaces
• Emptying trash bins
• Replacing trash liners
• Disinfecting surfaces such as sinks, toilets, door handles and countertops
• Washing windows and mirrors
• Polishing floors
• Reporting any maintenance issues to the supervisor
• Adhering to safety protocols at all times

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role as a cleaner/janitorial staff member or housekeeper
• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High attention to detail
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 25kgs
• Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment use
