Candidates should have 5–10 years’ civil permit coordination experience, Qatar or GCC project exposure, and a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (or related certification).

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant civil permit coordination experience.
• Experience with Qatar/GCC projects preferred.
• Ability to prepare, verify and track permit-related documents.
• Strong liaison with civil engineers, HSE, contractors, and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate civil permit applications, approvals, renewals, and closures.
• Prepare and verify permit-related documentation before submission to authorities.
• Liaise with engineers, supervisors, HSE, contractors, and project teams on permit requirements.
• Track permit status and follow up on pending approvals to avoid delays.
• Ensure civil activities begin only after permits and documents are approved.
• Maintain records of active, expired, closed, and pending permits.
• Identify gaps or non-compliances and coordinate corrective action.
• Support projects in meeting Qatar/GCC permit procedures.
