The successful candidate should have extensive knowledge and experience with civil engineering projects, including roadways, bridges, rail systems, dams, and other large-scale infrastructure projects. They should also have experience with construction principles, zoning regulations, soil mechanics, structural analysis and design methods, hydraulic principles and operations of public works equipment.
