Overview

GovCIO is currently hiring for a Circuit Actions Technician. This position will be located in AUAB, Qatar, and will be an onsite position.

Responsibilities

Provide circuit action support. The contractor shall:

• Perform circuit actions in accordance with DISA Circular 310-70-1 and 310-130-1;
• Support day-to-day operations of the circuit management office and TCFs.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

• High School diploma with 3 - 6 years of experience
• Clearance Required: SECRET
• IAT II, CCNA certification
• Lead-level practical experience in installing new communications circuits, solving complex problems, understanding circuit interrelationships, and exercising independent judgment in supporting communications systems or equipment;
• At least 5 years’ experience activating new TCF circuits with equipment such as NET Promina, KG, KY, KIV, Cisco Routers/Switches, Patch panels, fiber optic modems, and interface cards;
• Lead-level experience in circuit actions at various command levels.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Top Secret clearance
