Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to the cigar lounge in a warm and friendly manner
• Assist guests in selecting cigars and beverages, providing recommendations and knowledge about the products
• Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensure the cigar lounge is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items, including cigars, drinks, and food options
• Handle cash and credit card transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any guest concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Work closely with the bar and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and delivery of orders
• Uphold all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation standards
• Attend training sessions and meetings as required

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of cigars and their pairing with drinks is an asset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
